I made a deal with God
I have always liked Leonard Cohen's music. He is one of my favorite songwriters. Other favorites are Tom Waits, Nick Cave, Tori Amos, and Ben Harper. Back to Leonard Cohen, he writes two types of songs, songs about God, the nature of life, living with soul and dealing with lose, and then he writes song about blowjobs. Both type are written from an honest open point of view with eloquence. He just spent five years of his life in a monastery, why you ask? His answer … "I turned sixty" It was a deal he made with God.
